if you see a lot of icons or programs start up when you first put on your computer then this is for you if you don't actually know how to get rid of them.
How To Turn Off Auto-Start Programs In PC:
1. Press your Start Button (bottom left) and go to "run"
2. type in "msconfig"
3. a box will pops up and will tell you bunch of stuff but don't mess with anything else other than what I tell you otherwise you could do something really bad (possible)
4. go to the "startup" tab on the top right of the pop up box and click it.
5. Now you will have a closed in box with bunch of file names n addresses and more boxes with checks in them.
6. Now if you don't want anything starting up when you put on your computer or while your even doing anything cause it slows you down. Unless you have some programs which you really want them to auto start when your computer comes up.
7. But other than that uncheck every box and then hit apply and OK.
8. The window you were just in will now close and ask you if you want to restart or close without restarting.
Either way when you shut it off and then turn it back and the settings will kick in
