Following the 15th anniversary of Midnight Crew and the release of “Shout Halleluyah” closely, iconic Gospel minstrel Pat Uwaje-King’s demeanor still expresses gratitude as she releases the single “Thank You Lord”. Being in a music group for 15 years and recording a good number of notable achievements is not a walk in the park, hence, a reason to be grateful. More importantly, the Gospel music minister is grateful for every hurdle she has surmounted through the grace of God upon her life. She testifies of the redemptive power of God time and time again in the face of some of the most challenging situations she has had to face through the years.  Indeed, if you can think deep, you can thank just as deep!
Produced by Olaitan Dada for Natialo Productions, the single is an Afrocentric praise song. The local percussion stirs up the mid-tempo vibe enough to spur a dance in praise of the Most High. “Thank You Lord” is the first single off Pat Uwaje-King’s forthcoming sophomore album and can be downloaded from her brand new website which is being launched alongside this song.
